KinderUni RESEARCH WORKSHOP

For families with children aged 8 to 12

Since 2004, the Oldenburg State Theatre's programmes for children have also been part of the KinderUniversität. For the first time, however, we now want to explore theatre together. The rehearsal stage will become a theatre laboratory and the participants will become researchers. The results of this research trip will be presented to the public at the end of the programme in a showcase in the Exerzierhalle.

After Prof. Dr Niko Paech gives a KinderUni lecture on 18 March under the motto "Just a moment to save the world", we will explore the exciting questions in the research workshop: If I could build my own world - what would it look like? If I could only change one thing - what would it be? Do I even have enough courage to change the world? What forces are needed to start making changes?

We explore the topics of "climate" and "sustainability" using artistic means and think together about whether it takes superhero power to "save the world".
