Evaluation of materials on renewable energies in science lessons
Materials on renewable energies in primary and special schools are being developed on an ongoing basis as part of the Lesa21.de learning workshop. This is done in connection with the specialised internships for the Master's degree programme. This school is the only one in the Oldenburg area to have formulated a closed school programme on renewable energies. This programme was started together with the installation of solar panels at the school with the company Projekt Ökovest. The Sachunterricht working group is working on the development of concrete didactic modules for all school years.
At the same time, this development work on materials is integrated into a testing context. To this end, students are working on empirical tests of the efficiency of these materials for various pupils for their Master's thesis in close co-operation with Dietrichsfeld primary school. Research questions from the school and the Ökovest project are also incorporated into this work. The vision is an integrated development and research network between the school, the provider of renewable energy systems and the university. In future, the didactic materials will also be made available to other schools by the Lesa21.de learning workshop when converting the energy supply to renewable energies.
