Programme contents
The contents of the B.A. Education in the Migration Society programme is taught in both lectures and seminars. The programme comprises a total of 15 modules, which are coordinated in terms of content and can be completed within the standard period of study:
- Migration education as a professional form of action and reflection
- Social pedagogy (specialisation)
- Educational and social system and educational and social policy in the FRG
- Fundamentals of pedagogy
- Legal bases and administrative action in the FRG
- Pedagogical professionalism
- Pedagogy in the context of social differences
- Research methods: Data collection, data analysis and data interpretation
- Socialisation instances and life phases from an educational science perspective
- Socio-educational counselling and communication
- Tasks and methods of pedagogical professions and fields of action
- Scientific jargon German
In addition, there is the practical module, which includes the 8-week/320-hour work placement related to the professional field, a further compulsory elective module in the professionalisation area and the BAM (Bachelor's degree module).
Studieninhalte
Die Studieninhalte im B.A. Pädagogisches Handeln in der Migrationsgesellschaft werden sowohl in Vorlesungen als auch in Seminaren vermittelt. Das Studium umfasst insgesamt 15 Module, die inhaltlich aufeinander abgestimmt sind und innerhalb der Regelstudienzeit absolviert werden können:
- Migrationspädagogik als professionelle Handlungs- und Reflexionsform
- Sozialpädagogik (Studienrichtung)
- Bildungs- und Sozialsystem und Bildungs- und Sozialpolitik in der BRD
- Grundlagen der Pädagogik
- Rechtsgrundlagen und Verwaltungshandeln in der BRD
- Pädagogische Professionalität
- Pädagogik in gesellschaftlichen Differenzverhältnissen
- Forschungsmethoden: Datenerhebung, Datenauswertung und Dateninterpretation
- Sozialisationsinstanzen und Lebensphasen in erziehungswissenschaftlicher Perspektive
- Sozialpädagogische Beratung und Kommunikation
- Aufgaben und Methoden pädagogischer Berufs- und Handlungsfelder
- Wissenschaftliche Fachsprache Deutsch
Hinzu kommt das Praxismodul, das u.a. das berufsfeldbezogene Praktikum von 8 Wochen/ 320 Stunden beinhaltet, ein weiteres Wahlpflichtmodul im Professionalisierungsbereich sowie das BAM (Bachelorabschluss- Modul).
