Open places and application procedure

Open places and application procedure

The application procedure usually takes place in January/February of each year. During this time, you can find the places on offer here, find out about them and submit your application.

You can apply for up to three places. The following must be submitted for each place

  • a letter of motivation addressed to the working group
  • your CV
  • your last school report
  • if applicable, further references from internships/voluntary work etc.

After reviewing the documents received, the working groups select suitable candidates whom they would then like to meet in a personal interview. Unfortunately, travel expenses incurred during the interviews cannot be reimbursed.
If your application is successful, you will usually receive an acceptance letter shortly afterwards. The administrative steps will then be initiated, i.e. you will be sent an agreement to sign and further information by email.

If you have any further questions, please get in touch with the FWJ coordination office.
