Welcome to all first-semester students in the M.A. Integrated Media programme!
As last year, all information about dates within the O-week will be posted here. You can also find last-minute changes to plans on the student body's Instagram account. Have a look at @integratedmedia_uol.
We have also created a WhatsApp group for the O-Week. To get the link, please send us a private message on Instagram.
This means: If you know that you will be studying in the M.A. Integrated Media from 01 October, send us an email at or a message on Instagram with your name and mobile phone number. Then you're guaranteed to get all the information!

The O-Week 2024
This is for everyone who has enrolled on the M.A. in Integrated Media from the 2024/2025 winter semester onwards and has accepted their place!
It’s great to have you on board!
This year’s Orientation Week (O-Woche) will take place from 7 to 11 October 2024 at the University of Oldenburg. The Integrated Media student body has organised a few events so that we can get to know each other, you can get to know the university and, of course, Oldenburg, and so that you can have a relaxed start to your studies.

12 noon Meet outside A14: Information fair, campus tour and canteen
Important!!! Don’t forget to bring your student ID card!
Tuesday 8 October
2.00 pm Meet at Julius-Mosen-Platz: City tour
6.00 pm Meet in the Schlossgarten: Flunkyball
Important!!! Sturdy footwear, snacks, rain jacket, shot glasses
Wednesday 9 October
4 pm at the KMS (A11) on campus: Information session on the Integrated Media degree programme
6 pm at Gleispark: Pub night
Thursday 10 October
6 pm at BESCHTE!: All the information and Q&A on the degree programme
8 pm at the KMS (A11): Recital evening by the Music Department
Friday 11 October
We’re taking the day off! After all, we need one last long weekend before uni really gets going.
