Elisa Bruhn has completed her PhD at the Center for Open Education Research of the University of Oldenburg. In her dissertation on Virtual Internationalization (forthcoming), she investigates the effects of digitalization on the internationalization of higher education.
Equipped with long-time working experience in higher education administration and funding organizations, she currently works as advisor for higher education at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
