David CL Lim is an Associate Professor at Open University Malaysia (OUM) where he has taught and trained in blended mode for over two decades. He is the Programme Director of OUM’s English Studies programs, and Founding Editor of OUM’s e-magazine, inspired, on the 3Ps (practice, policy, and philosophy) of online, distance, and digital higher education (ODDHE). Lim’s research interests straddle cultural studies and critical ODDHE. He is a member of the editorial boards of the Southeast Asian Review of English (SARE) and the Journal of Open, Distance, and Digital Education (JODDE).
