Wolkenkuckucksburg - the underlying question is what Oldenburg would be if the university did not exist. During the panel discussion, visions of the city will be developed by various representatives. A (nightmare) dream city will be built, which will hover above people's heads for the evening and provide an opportunity to think about "the city" in a realistic and utopian way and to explore its scope and limits.
