What does the Student council do?
Student council chemistry
We offer you support during your studies and try to make them as pleasant as possible. In addition to counselling for questions about your studies, we also offer the following services:
University politics
As students have a say in all committees and decision-making issues at the university, we represent you there. These committees decide on the content of the degree programme, allocation of funds, appointments to professorships and much more.
Written exams
If you want to prepare for written exams, just have a look at our Stud.IP page. We have uploaded some old exams and even transcripts for you there.
Orientation week
Perhaps you remember us from your orientation week? This always takes place at the beginning of your degree programme. During this week, we organise your first meeting with fellow students, help you with initial questions (e.g. creating a study plan) and let you discover Oldenburg.

How can I get involved at the university?
We are happy to welcome any interested student who would like to contribute to university events and the corresponding changes. You can take on smaller and larger tasks and areas of responsibility and contribute your own specific concerns or plan campaigns. Of course, you can also just attend one of our meetings to get a taste of what it's like.
So just drop by at the next meeting.
