The F3V (FachschaftenvertreterInnenvollversammlung) is the second major pillar of student self-administration alongside the AStA and StuPa. It is made up of the individual student bodies or their representatives and is therefore largely politically independent. At the F3V, the main items on the agenda are the exchange of information, financial applications from the student bodies (e.g. for travel costs or projects) and university policy issues. This meeting of the student bodies also allows cross-disciplinary developments to be recognised so that necessary work and projects can be initiated quickly.

The F3V takes place every week on Tuesdays at 6 pm.
