The Ministry of Science has approved a proposal for a doctoral programme entitled "STEM learning in informal spaces. Investigation of processes of research-based learning at extracurricular STEM learning locations and their embedding in regional learning contexts". In the programme, the didactics of biology, chemistry, physics, Computing Science and technology at the University of Oldenburg are working together with the didactics of physics at the Universities of Hanover, Odense (Denmark) and Crete (Greece) as well as geography at the University of Vechta. In the overall project, 18 scholarship holders will work together with other doctoral candidates. The Technical Education working group is involved in this programme as spokesperson (Prof. Röben), with one scholarship holder (Marks) and with other doctoral candidates (Fetz, Stiefs).
