Dr. Manojit Pusty
Manojit Pusty is working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Division of Microrobotics and Control Engineering at the University of Oldenburg since August 2023. His research focusses on piezo-resistive sensors, nanogranular tunneling strain sensors for bio-medical applications.
He received his PhD degree from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, IIT Indore, India in 2020. He completed his Masters of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India in 2014. He received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Bankura Unnayani Institute of Engineering, WBUT, India in 2011.
After completing his PhD degree, he joined the IMEP LaHC Lab, University of Grenoble Alps, France in 2020 as a Research Engineer working on European Union (EU) Project-PULSE-COM, based on the development of photo-piezo composites for novel actuator and energy harvesting applications, Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) Project- LATINO based on the wet chemistry synthesis of ZnO nanowires (NWs) in clean room, material characterizations, nanogenerator fabrication and piezo-electric characterizations.
