According to the admission regulations for the MA Social Sciences at the University of Oldenburg, successful completion of the modules Statistics I and Statistics II is a prerequisite for admission to the MA Social Sciences degree programme. With regard to the Master's programme, it makes sense to take the modules Statistics I (summer semester) and Statistics II (winter semester).
