Programme of the RETIBNE final conference 07 & 08 March 2019
Programme of the RETIBNE final conference 07 & 08 March 2019
The conference was aimed in particular at:
Teachers | Scientists | Pupils | Parents
Active members of the repair scene | Extracurricular learning centres | Interested citizens
Lectures and workshops formed the framework of the conference and addressed various aspects of extending the service life in educational contexts.
In the foyer of the lecture hall centre, exhibition stands provided information about RETIBNE and other interesting projects on the subject of repair and service life extension.
Of particular interest to teachers was the publication of the teaching materials created in the project:
repair instructions & video tutorials as well as contextualising materials were made available free of charge and could be viewed at the conference. These materials can still be found at
Pupils from the cooperating schools presented interesting projects on the topic as part of the pupils' university programme. A programme by pupils for pupils!
The IGS Kreyenbrück's student repair café was a guest at the conference and invited students to repair things. From bicycles to computers: the repairers helped to fix broken items.
The conference café offered coffee, tea and refreshments as well as cakes and snacks.
