As supervision capacities are limited, the lecturers will endeavour to re-register students as early as possible to find out whether and with whom you have been offered a place to supervise your final thesis in elementary mathematics and can attend the accompanying seminar.

To register for a thesis and the accompanying seminar, you must send an email to from WiSe 2023/24.

The following information should be included in the email:

• Type of thesis (Bachelor's or Master's thesis)
• Semester of the thesis
• Supervision request (if you do not have a request for the supervision of your thesis, please indicate that you do not care).

The available places will be allocated after receipt of the application. If you have been accepted, you are guaranteed the allocated place and will be enrolled in the corresponding accompanying seminar by the lecturers as soon as this is possible. As a rule, you should receive a re-registering student within a week.
