1st Research Symposium
The 1st Research Symposium of the PBS-Europe Network was held at the University of Siegen (Germany) on June 16-17, 2017. This inaugural event was organized by Anna-Maria Hintz and Michael Paal (University of Siegen) and aimed to bring together researchers and practitioners in the field of Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) from across Europe.
The symposium served as a platform for participants to:
- Present and discuss current research in PBS
- Exchange knowledge and experiences
- Strengthen collaborations within the European PBS community
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to participate in research presentations and engage in discussions. The symposium also played a role in establishing and solidifying the PBS-Europe Network, fostering connections between professionals and academics interested in positive behavioral support strategies.
This inaugural symposium set the foundation for future annual PBS-Europe Network research symposia, which have continued to be held in subsequent years, focusing on the latest developments and research in the field of Positive Behavior Support across Europe.
