8th Research Symposium

8th Research Symposium

With this 8th Hybrid Research Symposium, we aim to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners from Europe and beyond to present and discuss current work in the field of Positive Behavior Support (PBS), including recent evaluation results, methodological developments, and practice-oriented reports on PBS implementation in different national contexts.

The symposium will take place on 14–15 October 2026 at the Panorama Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania, and will be organized as a hybrid event with opportunities for both in-person and online participation. It is hosted by the Lithuanian Centre for Inclusion in Education and Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy in collaboration with the PBS-Europe Network.

The programme, held in English, will feature oral paper presentations and a poster session and will be preceded on 13 October by visits to educational institutions for PBS-Europe Network members, an Advisory Board Meeting, and a joint dinner to foster networking and welcome new members. In-person participation is subject to a conference fee (60 € per person), while online participation is free of charge.

Further information is available on the symposium website at https://pbs.lisc.lt/en/8th-european-network-for-positive-behavior-support-hybrid-research-symposium/ and in the Invitation and Call for Papers (please follow this link:  https://cloudsync.uol.de/s/4ZR9JBBXS36JzP).
