The 2^nd Research Symposium of the PBS-Europe Network was held at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, from May 21-22, 2018. This event, organized by Dr. Lefki Kourea, built upon the momentum established by the inaugural symposium in Siegen, Germany, the previous year.

The symposium aimed to:

1. Bring together PBS researchers and practitioners from across Europe and beyond
2. Provide formal and informal opportunities for interaction
3. Allow participants to share their current research work
4. Identify common research themes for future collaboration

This gathering on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus offered attendees a chance to engage with colleagues in the field of Positive Behavior Support in a sunny and inviting setting. The event served as an important platform for advancing PBS research and practice in Europe, fostering connections between professionals, and laying the groundwork for future collaborative efforts in the field.
