There will be a preparatory meeting on Monday, 5 October 2026 at 6.00 pm. At this meeting, we will discuss the content and topics, you will be able to ask questions, and general information about the project will be provided. You should allow about an hour for this.

There will be an information session and get-together for first-year students on Monday 5 October 2026 at 7.00 pm. We’ll briefly cover the topics of exercise sheets, examination regulations and the student body. You don’t need to prepare anything for the session, but it would be great if all mentors could be present from 6.00 pm sharp so that you’re aware of what was discussed for the rest of the programme. After the presentation, there will be plenty of time for an initial meeting with the mentees. Experience has shown that these meetings often involve discussions about first impressions, living arrangements, cooking habits and similar topics.
