This module focuses on cleaning a CPU fan. The objectives, strategies and terms of maintenance are familiarised with using this repair task and introduced as elements of service life extension. The challenges to be overcome in this repair task are demonstrated to the students using detailed step-by-step instructions. The repair task in this module is not very demanding and is therefore not only reserved for high-performing classes.
