Since February 2022 Kristin is a PhD student at the Institute of Economic Education as part of the Research Training Group Teacher Education 2040. In her project, she deals with digital formats in teacher education, whereby the conception and evaluation of a digital training concept using the example of economic education form the core of her promotion project. Prior to that, she completed her master's degree in teaching German and politics-economics at the University of Oldenburg. In the context of her Master of Education Thesis, she examined the beliefs of prospective economics teachers on education for sustainable consumption in economic education.
