We are looking for you!
This year, the Student council for Mathematics and Elementary Mathematics is once again organising the programme for the new first-year students during the orientation week. We are dependent on many helpers!
Are you already in at least your second semester at the University of Oldenburg? - Then we are looking for you!
O-Week will take place this year from 5 to 9 October 2026. Our timetable help session, where first-year students can sort through their second subjects and discuss general questions about their timetable and studies with student helpers specialising in the relevant subjects, takes place after a group breakfast. We are therefore looking for student helpers for the following programme items:

We want to offer prospective students the most varied and expert advice possible for every degree programme. That’s why we’re delighted to have any volunteers – even if you’re short on time! So be sure to ask your friends too!
Students studying elementary mathematics are also welcome to help on Wednesday, and maths students on Tuesday – we’re grateful for every helping hand!
