Buddy programme
Hey dear first-year students,
We are trying to offer you support on as many levels as possible. To make sure you get off to a good start and always have someone to talk to, we have organised a buddy programme for you.
You will be assigned a student from a higher semester as a "buddy". This person can then help you quickly and easily with any problems or give you tips for your studies. (If your buddy doesn't know what to do, we as a student body are always available to help you).
In most cases, one buddy is the contact person for several first-semester students. This will certainly lead to a meeting of the small group :)
We have enough volunteers so that there is a buddy for all Uwi first-year students. So don't be afraid to accept this offer, even if you don't have any questions for the time being, it can't hurt to have a direct contact person :)
