Tips & further help for everyday study life

Community forum - Environmental sciences

The community forum serves to network all students of environmental sciences. If you are not yet registered for the event, simply search for "Community-Forum: Fachschaft Umweltwissenschaften" on Stud.IP and join the event. There you can use the forum to ask questions and exchange ideas.

Our FSR meetings are currently hybrid. Under the tab "Meetings" you can participate online in our student council meetings (every Monday from 6 pm). We would be very happy to see you there, everyone is welcome!

Under files you will find some helpful materials, such as possible internship positions for the contact internship or help for "R" (a statistics programme that you use in the 2nd semester). The minutes of the Student council meetings can also be found there so that you can read what was discussed each week.

Uwialle mailing list

To keep you up to date about student jobs, internship offers, organisational matters & of course our infamous Uwi campaigns, there is a mailing list.

This is automatically created with your university e-mail addresses. To access it, click on the "Webmail" button at the top right of Stud.IP. You can find more information about the function and other webmail options at IT services.

So check your mailbox regularly to make sure you don't miss any information from us :D

Important: Messages sent via the Stud.IP message function will also be sent to you as a copy in Webmail. However, this is not the case the other way round.

Community forum - Central information for studying

The university has created a community forum on Stud.IP for all university students. If you are not automatically in this forum, you can find it under "Central information for studying...".

The university has created this community forum to provide students with all important information on special operations. For example, the university's institutions upload important files here, you can communicate directly with people from the library or similar in the forums and there are forums for exchange between students. There is also a virtual "InfoDesk" of the IT services via BBB.
