Jacob Schwartz is a PhD student at the University of Oldenburg (Germany). He studied law at the University of Freiburg and the Free University of Berlin (both Germany). He graduated in law with a First State Examination (1. Juristisches Staatsexamen) from the state of Berlin. He received his Second State Examination (2. Juristisches Staatsexamen) from the State of Lower Saxony. He holds a Master in Laws (LL.M.) from the Trinity College Dublin (Ireland).
