Short Bio
Sebastian Hemesath is a PhD student at the University of Oldenburg (Germany). He holds a MA in Political Science from the University of Bamberg and a BA in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau (both Germany). His research focusses on infrastructure policy especially the systemic interaction of technology with society and the governance/ regulation of those systems. He is interested in (the governance of) technological transitions, particularly in the area of mobility, regulatory questions, (complex) systems theory, and philosophy of science.
