Sabrina Paustian is a PhD student of the University of Oldenburg (Germany). She holds a Master of Arts in Social Science with the specialization in labour market and organisation and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and Economic Education both from the University of Oldenburg.

Her research in this project focuses on the collaboration in an innovation project and especially on the impact of Use Cases and Architecture Models on it.  

She is particularly interested in upcoming challenges for organisations through innovations using qualitative research methods.
