Less stress in everyday life - how does that work?
"Let go of stress!" This is the motto of this year's Health Days from 20 to 22 June at the University of Oldenburg. Almost everyone encounters the term "stress" in everyday life, both at work and in their leisure time. But what exactly is stress and how does it work?
The University of Oldenburg is dedicating a conference to student research: the nationwide, interdisciplinary event "forschen@studium", which will bring around 140 students and more than 100 experts to Oldenburg on 8 and 9 June.

The University mourns the loss of Prof. Dr Dr h. c. mult. Fritz Stern, German-American historian and honorary doctor of the School IV - School of Humanities and Social Sciences. Stern died in New York on 18 May at the age of 90.
"Arriving" is the title of an exhibition by several students from the Department of Art and Media, which can be seen at the Horst Janssen Museum until 29 May. It shows pictograms designed to make everyday life in the region easier for refugees.
