Im Namen der Fakultät V und der Fakultät VI bietet die Graduiertenschule OLTECH Stipendien für die Teilnahme an internationalen Kongressen, Sommerschulen und Laborbesuchen an.

Alle Promovierende der Fakultäten V und VI können sich für dieses Stipendium bewerben.

NEU: Es gibt jetzt ein Feld im Antragsformular, das nach der Motivation bzw. Notwendigkeit der Reise fragt.

Die nächste Antragsfrist für Reisen von Juli bis Dezember 2026:

NEU: Bitte die neuen Fristen beachten. Die Abrechnung des OLTECH Reisekostenzuschusses ist bis zu einem Monat nach Reiserückkehr möglich. Der Reisekostenzuschuss verfällt danach, wenn kein wichtiger Grund für eine Verzögerung vorliegt. Eine Grund für eine verzögerte Abrechnung muss OLTECH schriftlich mitgeteilt werden.

The OLTECH travel grant can be claimed via the UOL travel expense department up to one month after returning from the trip.
OLTECH must be notified in writing of any reason for a delay in claiming the grant.
5 Confirmation of data protection and completeness
The data processing is carried out in accordance with the data protection guidelines of the University of Oldenburg (https://uol.de/datenschutzerklaerung) in conjunction with § 17 NHG (https://www.nds-voris.de/jportal/?quelle=jlink&query=HSchulG+ND+%C2%A7+17&psml=bsvorisprod.psml&max=true).
After submitting your data via the submit button, you will receive an automatic email with a confirmation link (please also check the spam folder). The confirmation link will take you back to the UOL website to confirm the entry of your data and finally submit the form to OLTECH. We will contact you after the expiry of the respective deadlines (November 15th or April 15th).
