As part of the Oldenburg PAZZ Performance Festival in April 2012, speakers will be given the opportunity to give live speeches and create recordings of their public talks and feed them into video glasses. In different formats and cultural references, a variety of rhetoric is created in interaction with media productions. The artistic investigation opens up an experimental show of gestures and speech melodies when reciting, memorising, listing and performing. This collection will be produced in collaboration with the public in a festival container and performed in the Edith-Ruß-Haus on 27 April 2012, 7pm, as an intercultural LIVE training and walk-in showcase.
Together we will record a list of requests and invitations to various lectures and speeches, which we have honoured. These include speeches, laudatory speeches, poems, thank-you speeches, welcome speeches, funeral speeches, statements in a legal context, official interviews and oaths, job interviews, moderation or a theatre role.

In addition to a video CUT UP of simultaneous "Power Point presentations", instructions for giving speeches in different dialects will be read out in a multi-part video projection. These correspond with speakers at the microphone within an endless sound check. The microphone and spotlight are switched on for the audience. The video goggles invite the audience to speak in the mode of a "Power Point Karaoke" and to view the results from the container writing.
